For those of you that don't know, I've been on a mission to get back to my old (pre-baby) physique. Back in June I hired a personal trainer to come to my house twice a week to help "whip" me into shape. My beginning weight was 180.5 lbs, which has been my steady weight for the last few years. At my two month weigh in.... I'm down 15 lbs, lost 12.25 inches, and over 5% body fat! None of my clothes fit, everything is baggy! YEAH!
I'm surprised at how easy this has been for me. Not necessarily easy meaning no work, but easy as far as having discipline to do what needed to be done. I really cut back on my portions of food, snack a lot on low calorie stuff and fruit, speed walk for about 45 min. a night, and drink lots of water. It's amazing how you can find the time to exercise when you are A) paying someone to help you and B) fed up with being chunky.
My target weight loss is 35 lbs. I will be happy with 30!
I know I rarely talk about me on this blog, but it's about time!!
